For the price, WaspLabeler + 2D is a good value if you just need a label creator. It includes common linear, 2D and RSS barcode fonts but does not provide RFID.

This program may be a suitable choice for small businesses but it is not really equipped for global operations, it does not communicative in Unicode and has few compliance type label samples. Most of the included templates are for shipping labels.

Wasp provides good support for their products including extensive online information and embedded help. We are not sure about the interface languages offered but they do have US, UK, France, Spain and German sites, so we assume they offer four language choices.

This is the lowest priced product on this review site, so if it has the type of barcode you need and your compliance and production demands are low, it may be a cost effective choice for your company.
